The short version: IntelliBridge collects only the information needed to deliver its programme and communicate with you. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except those directly needed to operate our services (such as payment processors). You may request deletion of your data at any time.

01 Who We Are

IntelliBridge ("IntelliBridge", "we", "our", or "us") is an educational technology venture based in Bengaluru, India, operating through the website intellibridge.in. Our flagship programme, Become AI Consultant, is a 15-week live cohort programme designed for data and IT professionals.

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, IntelliBridge is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

02 Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us and information generated automatically when you use our website or services.

Information you provide directly:

  • Identity data: Full name, phone number, email address
  • Professional data: Current job title, company name, LinkedIn profile URL
  • Enquiry data: Questions or messages submitted via the Founder's Call form or any contact form on our website
  • Enrolment data: Payment plan preference (full payment or EMI), confirmation of terms acceptance
  • Programme data: Deliverables submitted, session attendance records, cohort assignment
  • Communications data: WhatsApp and email correspondence with IntelliBridge or its instructor

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system
  • Pages visited on intellibridge.in, time spent, and navigation paths
  • Referral URLs (how you arrived at our website)

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, biometric data, or financial account credentials. Payment processing is handled exclusively by Razorpay — we never store your card or bank details on our systems.

03 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Programme delivery: To enrol you in the Become AI Consultant cohort, schedule your sessions, and communicate essential programme information
  • Founder's Call coordination: To schedule and facilitate your 30-minute call with Aakash
  • Payment processing: To initiate and verify your payment through Razorpay
  • Customer support: To respond to enquiries and resolve issues
  • Programme improvement: To understand how students engage with content and improve future cohorts
  • Community management: To add enrolled students to the IntelliBridge WhatsApp community
  • Legal compliance: To issue GST invoices and comply with applicable Indian tax and financial regulations
  • Marketing communications: With your consent, to send updates about future cohorts, new programmes, or IntelliBridge content — you may opt out at any time

We will not use your data for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes listed above without notifying you first.

04 Sharing Your Information

IntelliBridge does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Razorpay: Our payment processor. Razorpay processes payment data on our behalf under their own Privacy Policy. We share your name, email, and phone number to prefill the payment form.
  • WhatsApp Business API (WATI): Used for cohort communications. Your phone number is added to our programme communication list upon enrolment.
  • Google Workspace: We use Google Workspace for email, calendar, and document management. Your enquiry and enrolment details may be stored in Google services.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or a government authority in India.
  • Business transfer: In the unlikely event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of IntelliBridge, your information may be transferred to the new entity. We will notify you before this occurs.

All third-party service providers we use are required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

05 Cookies & Tracking

The intellibridge.in website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience. These include:

  • Essential cookies: Required for the website to function correctly (e.g. form state, session continuity)
  • Analytics cookies: To understand how visitors interact with our website (e.g. pages visited, time on page). We may use Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Marketing cookies: If we run paid advertisements, platforms like Meta or Google may use cookies to track conversions.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of our website. We do not currently use cookies for behavioural advertising.

06 Data Storage & Security

Your personal data is stored on secure servers, primarily within India or the European Economic Area (for Google Workspace services). We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

These measures include:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted via our website
  • Access control — only authorised personnel can access student data
  • Regular review of our data handling practices

We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy and to comply with our legal obligations. Typically, this means:

  • Enquiry data: 12 months from the date of enquiry
  • Enrolment and payment records: 7 years (as required under Indian GST and financial record-keeping laws)
  • Programme participation data: 3 years from your cohort graduation date

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

07 Your Rights

You have the following rights with respect to your personal information held by IntelliBridge:

  • Right to access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records
  • Right to withdraw consent: Where we process your data based on consent (e.g. marketing communications), you may withdraw consent at any time
  • Right to object: Object to our use of your data for marketing purposes
  • Right to data portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, please email us at connect@intellibridge.in. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

Note: The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) governs our data processing obligations. We are committed to compliance with this Act and will update our practices as its provisions come into force.

08 Payments & Financial Data

All payments to IntelliBridge are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. IntelliBridge does not store, process, or have access to your credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI credentials.

When you make a payment:

  • You are redirected to or presented with Razorpay's secure payment interface
  • Razorpay handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards
  • IntelliBridge receives only a payment confirmation and your prefilled contact details (name, email, phone)

IntelliBridge issues a GST-compliant tax invoice for all enrolment payments upon request. For EMI arrangements, a separate invoice is issued for each instalment.

09 Communications

By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receiving:

  • Transactional communications: Payment confirmations, enrolment confirmations, session schedules, and programme updates. These cannot be opted out of while you are an active student.
  • Community communications: Messages within the IntelliBridge WhatsApp cohort group
  • Marketing communications: Information about future cohorts, new programmes, or IntelliBridge content. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS, clicking unsubscribe in any email, or emailing connect@intellibridge.in.

We will not send unsolicited bulk communications and will respect all opt-out requests promptly.

10 Children's Privacy

IntelliBridge's programmes are designed for working professionals and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete that information. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us at connect@intellibridge.in.

11 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
  • Notify enrolled students via email or WhatsApp for significant changes

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of IntelliBridge's services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
